Practical Construction and Modern Features
The homes have been developed using an RCC prefabricated structure in ground-plus-four-floor buildings. Features include vitrified tile flooring, aluminum sliding windows with safety grills, aluminum doors and durable wall construction.
Kitchens come with a Kadappa platform and steel sink, while modular electrical switches and essential electrical fittings have been provided for everyday convenience.
Another Step Toward Planned Housing
The completed Waluj development adds to MHADA's efforts to provide organized and quality housing options for middle-income households across Maharashtra. Under the leadership of MHADA Vice President and CEO IAS Sanjeev Jaiswal, the authority continues to support residential projects that combine practical home design, connectivity and reliable construction.
With possession handed over to eligible beneficiaries, the 256-home Waluj project strengthens the area's planned housing infrastructure and gives families an opportunity to move into modern 2BHK homes in a growing part of the city.
