 Nashik Families Move Closer to Homeownership

The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board has allotted 412 flats through a computerized lottery conducted under the 20 percent inclusive housing scheme. The draw was held at the Housing Building office in Nashik using MHADA’s IHLMS 2.0 system.

The process gave eligible applicants an opportunity to secure affordable homes across several housing projects in Nashik. The computerized format was designed to ensure fairness and reduce human involvement in the selection process.

412 Homes Available Across Key Nashik Areas

The flats covered by the lottery are spread across several locations, including Pathardi Shivar, Mhasrul Shivar, Makhamalabad Shivar, Adgaon Shivar, Satpur Shivar, Vihitgaon Shivar, Hirawadi, Tapovan Link Road, Agar Takli Shivar, Gangapur Shivar, Sinnar Phata, Devlali Shivar, Chehdi, Meri-Rasbihari Link Road and Wadala Shivar.

The distribution of homes across different parts of the city provides successful applicants with housing options in multiple developing areas of Nashik.

IHLMS 2.0 Strengthens Transparency in Lottery Process

MHADA’s IHLMS 2.0 platform played a central role in conducting the draw. The computerized system helps limit manual intervention and provides applicants with a more transparent and reliable method of housing allotment.

The draw was led by Nashik Housing and Area Development Board Chairman Ranjan Thackeray through teleconference. He also urged unsuccessful applicants to remain hopeful, as future MHADA housing schemes may provide additional opportunities.

The authority’s technology-driven approach, including similar housing initiatives under the leadership of Vice Chairman and CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal, reflects a broader focus on making housing allocation more organized, accessible and transparent.

Nashik Lottery Results Published Online Through Computerized Draw

Nashik Housing and Area Development Board Chief Officer Shivkumar Avalkanthe announced that the lottery results have been made available on MHADA’s official website. Applicants can check their individual results online without having to visit the MHADA office.

Successful applicants who attended the draw venue were also felicitated after the results were announced.

Live Broadcast Allowed Applicants to Follow the Draw

The computerized lottery was also livestreamed through MHADA’s official YouTube channel, allowing applicants and their families to watch the proceedings remotely.

Several officials attended the event, including Deputy Chief Officer Praveen Bagul, Executive Engineers Kavita Nikam and Vaishali Pawar, Property Manager Nitin Kulthe, High Level Monitoring Committee Member Prakash Mahajan, Deputy District Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer Ravindra Bharde, District Information Science Officer Vikram Nain and other officials. Rajesh Hingmire moderated the program.
