The Surabhi Co-operative Housing Society (CHS) Judges’ Institute building has been successfully completed, marking a significant step in Maharashtra’s institutional infrastructure development. Authorities have initiated the possession handover process, bringing the project closer to full operational readiness.

With construction and allied works now complete, officials have begun the final phase of the project, including inspections, documentation, and administrative procedures required for handing over possession.
